By commissioning me you agree with my TOS

Before commissioning please have this in mind:
Furry artwork is my only way of income, as much as I love that and it has always been my dream job it can be very exhausting and draining to my health.
Please read my TOS completely, by commissioning me you agree with my Terms of Service.I appreciate your support a lot! It means the world to me.

♡ SLOW WORKER♡ I'm disabled and neurodivergent which directly affects my work productivity.I ask you to be very patient with me cause sometimes working can be really exhausting!

♡ If you want your commission to be completed in a short period of time you’ll have to pay + 30% of the original price.
♡ Time of completion can reach up to 3 months (90 days)

I have the right to refuse your
commission if I don't feel comfortable doing it.
If I feel that I need to do so, I have the complete right to do a public blacklist to aware other freelancers of this specific client.
A 25% privacy fee will be added if you wish to keep your commission private

IMPORTANT REQUEST

Please, I ask you from the bottom of my heart, tell me when you change your username if you commission me. It takes me a lot of time and it’s exhausting to go through all my DM’s scouring to find our chat having to guess which one is the correct person.

Note that it may be actually really hard for me to find the username through my chats since all my business happens on Twitter.
So if I have to spend a lot of time only to find your new username, your commission wil get a red mark on Trello, meaning it will be put on hold and until I receive your message with said old username and new username update.

I WON'T DO

• Realism ( I only work with cartoon)
• Gore
• Extreme fetish art.
• Artwork that promotes racism, ableism, and any kind of lgbt+phobia.
• Situations that involve pedophilia,
zoophilia and incest.

ordering

♡ Always send me what you want and your PP e-mail so I can send the invoice asap. If you have references for what you specifically want for the commission (characters expression, etc) let me know!
♡ Only message me about commissions through Twitter or Telegram, I don't check any other websites.
♡ I will not change the character if I have already began the commission.

PAYMENT

♡ I only accept commissions paid upfront and through paypal invoices.
♡ I do not offer payment plans. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of it being issued.
♡ You must be the legal holder of the paypal account used to pay. You may not use a friend's or relative's account to pay.

REFUND POLICY

♡ You must wait until the end of the 3 month (90 days) completion time before requesting a refund. I will not administer manual refunds before this point in time.
♡ For orders above €80 I can only refund 50% If I haven't sent the sketch yet. Please keep in mind this is my only way of income, refunds completely blows my income and affects the money I have to pay bills and food.
♡ Please understand that buying art is a luxury, only buy larger pieces if you can commit to it until it's done!
♡ I require 72 hours to issue a refund after it has been requested. Since art is my only way of income at this moment I might not have the full refund in hands, so patience is always appreciated!
♡ The refund stages below will be based on what is posted to my public queue - not what is saved in my computer files.
♡ A commission that has not been started can get a 100% refund. (For orders above €80 it's 50%.
♡ A commission at the sketching stage can get a 50% refund. Orders above €80 gets 25%.
♡ A commission at the lining stage can get a 25% refund. For orders above €80 it's 12%.
♡ A commission at the coloring stage or after cannot receive a refund of any amount.

WIPS & UPDATES

♡ Don't be afraid to ask for an update, I'll answer you as soon as possible.
♡ I'll be sending a sketch for your approval. However I don't send wips for small YCH commissions.
♡ You have the right to ask for 2 chances, if you want more you'll have to pay +€8 per change
♡ If you are overall unsatisfied at the sketch stage
please don't be afraid to ask me to completely re-do it.

USAGE

♡ I reserve all rights to my work. Do not claim my work as your own. Do not edit my art without asking me.
♡ Your commission is for personal use only.
♡ This means you can't sell it for profit in any form.
♡ You may repost my art WITH credit / or linked back to me if it was for you.
♡ You DO NOT have the right to mint/sell the commissions for NFT.
