By commissioning me you agree with my TOS

Before commissioning please have this in mind:
Furry artwork is my only way of income, as much as I love that and it has always been my dream job it can be very exhausting and draining to my health.
Please read my TOS completely, by commissioning me you agree with my Terms of Service.I appreciate your support a lot! It means the world to me.

SLOW WORKERI'm disabled and neurodivergent which directly affects my work productivity.I ask you to be very patient with me cause sometimes working can be really exhausting!

If you want your commission to be completed in a short period of time you’ll have to pay + 40% of the original price. (The deadline being 1 month.Time of completion can reach up to 3 months (90 days).

I have the right to refuse your
commission if I don't feel comfortable doing it.
If I feel that I need to do so, I have the complete right to do a public blacklist to aware other freelancers of this specific client.

IMPORTANT REQUEST

Please, tell me when you change your username if you commission me. It takes me a lot of time and it’s exhausting to go through all my DM’s scouring to find our chat having to guess which one is the correct person.

Note that it may be actually really hard for me to find the username through my chats since all my business happens on Twitter.
So if I have to spend a lot of time only to find your new username, your commission will get a red mark on Trello, meaning it will be put on hold and until I receive your message with said old username and new username update.

Realism ( I only work with cartoon)
Extreme fetish art.
Artwork that promotes discrimination/hateful themes towards race, gender, sex, sexuality, religion or any other group or individual
Situations that involve pedophilia,
zoophilia and incest.

ordering

Always send me what you want and your Paypal e-mail so I can send the invoice asap. If you have references for what you specifically want for the commission (characters expression, etc) let me know!
Only message me about commissions through Twitter, Bluesky or Telegram, I don't check any other websites.
I will not change the character if I have already began the commission.

PAYMENT

I only accept commissions paid upfront and through Paypal invoices.
I do not offer payment plans. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of it being issued.
You must be the legal holder of the Paypal account used to pay. You may not use a friend's or relative's account to pay.

REFUND POLICY

I DON'T DO REFUNDS.

Understand that art is a luxury, something you don't need, if you're interested in getting a piece from me, make sure you can spend this money without putting yourself in a difficult financial situation.
If you go to a store and buy something, you can't just go back after a few weeks/ months and ask for your money back because you don't want the product anymore, my job is as valid as any other business.I'm a professional artist who keeps my word, YOU WILL get your piece and I always let you know through my Trello if something in my life happens that might affect my work flow.As stated before, this is my only income and job, I have bills, rent, medicine, and food to pay, the money you send will cover all my expenses.

WIPS & UPDATES

Don't be afraid to ask for an update, I'll answer you as soon as possible.
I'll be sending a sketch for your approval. However I don't send wips for small/ medium sized YCH commissions unless you ask for it.
You have the right to ask for 2 changes, if you want more you'll have to pay +€10 per change
If you are overall unsatisfied at the sketch stage
please don't be afraid to ask me to completely re-do it.

USAGE

I reserve all rights to my work. Do not claim my work as your own. Do not edit my art without asking me.
Your commission is for personal use only.
This means you can't sell it for profit in any form.
You may repost my art WITH credit / or linked back to me if it was for you.
You DO NOT have the right to mint/sell the commissions for NFT.
You DO NOT have the right to use my work to train AI.
